Resident Referral Program
Earn $500 in Rent Credit for Every Referral
Love where you live? Share it with your friends, family, and coworkers. When you refer someone to our community, you can earn a $500 rent credit for every qualifying referral. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
How it works:
- You are responsible for notifying the leasing office of your referral before the referred resident signs their lease. Referrals reported after lease signing or move-in will not qualify.
- The referred resident must sign a lease term of 12 months or longer.
- The referred resident must complete their move-in process.
- You must be a current resident in good standing when the rent credit is applied.
- Rent credits cannot be applied to your final month's rent or after you have moved out.
