When moving into one of our apartments, there are a few fees you can expect as part of the leasing process and will continue throughout your tenancy. We are committed to transparency and ensuring you have all the information you need for a hassle-free experience.

APPLICANT FEE(S):
$40 per household member 18 and over, and any co-signers

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
$500 Standard Security Deposit
Depending on the results of your credit check, you may be asked for an additional deposit of $300, or 1-month's rent.

INTERNET:
$50/month (500/500 MBPS Wi-fi Included)
This fee is not optional*

PET FEES:
$400 non-refundable pet fee per pet
$40/month pet rent per pet

PARKING:
Avery's public parking garage is connected to the building, providing easy and convenient access. The garage is managed by Interstate Parking.
Monthly parking passes are $115 per month.
